Agreement Scope
By downloading, installing, or using the FlikPDF application (the "Software"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Software.
FlikPDF provides a local-first, zero-knowledge environment for document manipulation. Your interaction with these terms constitutes a binding legal agreement between you and FlikPDF Systems.
License to Use
Usage Permissions
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use FlikPDF for personal or internal business purposes. This license is subject to your compliance with these Terms.
This Software is licensed, not sold. Title and all intellectual property rights in the Software remain the sole property of FlikPDF.

Prohibited Activities
- block Reverse engineering or attempting to extract the source code of the vault architecture.
- block Removing, altering, or obscuring any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.

Limitation of Liability
Offline Protocol Notice:
FlikPDF operates as an offline-first application. We do not store, see, or transmit your documents to any cloud server. Consequently, FlikPDF is not liable for data loss occurring due to hardware failure, lost encryption keys, or unauthorized physical access to your device.
In no event shall FlikPDF be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the vault service.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these protocols at any time to reflect security enhancements.
